As many of you have guessed we've been under DDoS attack over the last couple days. The SQL errors, captchas and timeouts were all either a consequence of that or an attempt to combat the attack. Currently we have configured a new firewall that seems to be holding and the site is back to normal. However, there may be some false positives. If the firewall for whatever reason thinks you are part of an attack, it will start returning you errors, 503s or 404s. If you get these errors, post here and we will match your IP with our logs to tweak the firewall.

Edit to add: access problems seem to come and go.
For nearly an hour earlier today site was unreachable, mostly 503 or bad gateway errors, but now it's loading fine.

Hi, I've been having trouble accessing the site, too, for maybe two days now? I am still getting the error. I know you didn't promise to deal with it in any specific time frame, but I was kind of hoping by today. So I don't know whether you just haven't got around to matching my IP yet, or the fix isn't working.
