Almost all sites have some bad times in their histories. Today is ours. Our most sincere apologies for the massive amount of errors and slow speeds being experienced today. The PPCWarez staff is working as hard as possible to solve these problems. Please bear with us for the time being. I promise that this will not last long and conditions will improve.

If you get any errors, please post them here so that we can review them to help improve the situation.

I have taken some stress of the database by storing unread topics in a cookie, in turn, this means you would have read alot of the topics that are marked as unread, this can't be changed. I have also disabled online/offline for now.

25.375 seconds loading time for accessing a forum.
15.844 seconds loading time for accessing a thread/topic.

Last week it was like 0.5 - 1 second for either.
(Sorry if this seems like spam).

"This board is currently disabled."

Does this mean all changes done are not kept when board gets enabled again?

The would either be because I was restoring a backup at the same time you posted, or the post was deleted.

On this note, I am working on a plan to reinstall major components of our server with minimal disruption, when I have this figured out I will give at least 8 hours warning, but the site will be down for around 5 hours while I fix it.

Hope everyone understands.

I have done quite a bit of major tweaking and it seems stable, however there are only 250 users online. If people get errors, please post them after this post.

When posting from now onwards:
* If someone has already posted the error you are receiving, please let me know who posted the identical error (so I know what one you got), what URL you were going to, and what time it occured, but do not post the whole error again, this will enable me to find the errors easier.
* If it takes an unreasonably long time (greater than 10-15 seconds on broadband) to retrieve a page (not fully load it, but start loading it), please let me know how many users were online, what the URL was, and how long roughly it took to start loading.

Currently, all is working fine at about 430 users online. Thank you.
