I'm seeing "Image Not Found" instead of book covers on a large numbers of posts today. Is that related to this thread?

While only a cursory glance at this point. I'm seeing images of ebooks as far back as Nov 04 (about 600 pages back). Using Firefox 95.0.1 Thanks for all your hard work!
