You'll get a file with extension .ipa after extraction, not a folder! Then you can install it using iTunes or Installous optionally.

Sorry, I wonder how did I get these folder .ipa ( as a folder) with 13,598 files.

I see, I should COMBINE files, not extract them.LoL

You don't have to combine or extract anything! If you couldn't get the .ipa file at the first extraction rename the downloaded parts like this: a.ipa.001 - a.ipa.002 ... then extract it using 7z. Don't forget that you have to get a .ipa file after extraction and nothing but it!
