On the basis a cappuccino is expresso based, I'll go with the largest cup of cappuccino ever made 4,250 litres (934.87 UK gal; 1,122 US gal) at Fiera Milano Fairground, in Rho, Milan, Italy, on 20 October 2013.

Nobody got the correct answer although johngriffen got so close I will award him 100wrz$

The answer is : 3 May 2015 on the International Space Station

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISSpresso

The cost of shipping to the ISS is between $20,000 to $40,000 per kilo
the weight of the water, coffee pod, packaging and disposal packaging is about 150gms so at the lowest shipping cost that would make that first cup $3,000.
I believe the cups are also single use. The espresso machine weighed about 20 kg.
There is no information about the cost of developing the ispresso

I imagine that the total cost for that first espresso would be in the region of 5 to 10 million

p.s please send all hate mail to n0tty who came up with this one

Speedboat racing on the moon? (You'd have to get there, create a large artificial lake and get a speedboat up there...)
