Hi, I am having a problem while playing the game Genshin Impact on my PC. After a few minutes of the gameplay, I came across this error code 31 4302. I dont know what could be the issue. Can anyone please help to solve this?

After not getting any response, I started searching about this issue on Google and found this article. The methods which I followed, verified the game file and run the game With Administrative Privileges.

After doing these tasks properly, the problem got solved. Now there is no issues while playing the game. Thanks.
