1. I Was Level 1 and Needed the Gold - A new world, no clues, three problems:
I was only at level 1,
I needed the gold,
and I had no idea what to do next.
If you happen to wake up stark naked in a pentagram in an unknown world unable to even remember your name, who you are, or where you come from, that’s just too bad. The fact that this world is ruled by a merciless control system that sets the rules of this deadly game, doesn’t help either. But that's exactly the situation faced by the hero of this story.
And if that weren't bizarre enough, he finds that he is expected to descend into the depths of a dungeon over and over again. The gold that can buy his ticket back to the surface lies hidden in corridors behind magical traps, and is guarded by hordes of hideous creatures.
Allies, who are more dangerous to their friends than their foes, a supposedly cursed sword with more lust for him than for battle, and a dungeon that has never allowed an intruder to escape alive, promise to make things very... interesting.
But in the end, you only have three lives, so he has no choice but to accept the challenge: He's only at level 1, and he needs the gold.

2. Trust me, I'm a Hero - New challenges, new monsters & old problems
Despite his recent escape from the dungeon with a load of gold, Ahem knows that he has earned but a brief respite. Behind the doors that gold opens, challenges loom that he could happily have done without.
He soon discovers that loyalty cannot be bought, but might be rented cheaply.
It’s still unclear whether it’s a curse or a blessing to possess an intelligent sword—or to be possessed by it.
New trouble looms, as the gold slips through his fingers and his next trip to the dungeon is upon him. Yet another dungeon boss awaits with yet more opportunities for Ahem and his comrades to die heroes’ deaths.
And along the way, Ahem begins to ask himself the existential questions that no dungeon crawler dares ask out loud.
Discover what happens next when Ahem and his edgy and supposedly cursed sword Áinfean explore the unknown depths of the sinister dungeon world, as well as the traps and pitfalls within their own strange relationship.
