There are various available. I use IPTV with available domains and Jackett for torrenting.

Stremio (with torrentio addon) is the best I found so far, and it's also cross platform.

There are less (English) links available for some things. Generally, anything new or sufficiently popular still have many available links. For instance, episode 1 of Fallout has 50 links. And episode 1 of Rick and Morty (S2) has 12 links, only one of which I'm sure is German.

However, if you're trying to watch Marvel's Daredevil, you might have a rougher time. There's usually like 3 or 4 links. A while ago there were, like, 10 or so.
