Hi, I read a book long ago (long enough to forget its name) which talked about following rules to keep our mind in check. For certain number of days, we needed to think good thoughts, positive thoughts and talk and behave in a good and positive way. If for even once, we break the rule, we have start it again for that certain number of days.
