Question about the new Move to the Other Side game: not having any idea of how it works, I'm a bit concerned it will be paralyzed or unfair if some of the people who sign up don't move. I hope the rules take that into consideration?

Yes, I thought about that. Players that didn't move after a specified time - say 6 hours - will be moved by Mr. Random. Meaning the players can be moved in any direction.
