Overview: T. H. Hunter has always enjoyed mysteries of all shades and colours. Luckily, he came across a wariock-turned-cat called Barry one day on one of his lengthy walks. In exchange for providing a regular supply of tuna (and a good deal of ego-stroking!), Barry graciously agreed to sharing some of his stories.

No Cat Is An Island (#2) In their second case, Val, Barry, and Amanda are called to a lonely lighthouse off the west coast of Scotland. Amidst the lively meetings of the Royal Committee for the Preservation and Restoration of Lighthouses, they find that not all is well and harmonious on the island. As a storm gathers and the body count grows, the trio discovers that the murders are connected to the lighthouse's chilling past. Soon, it's a race against time before the storm subsides and the guilty party can escape unpunished.
Blind Cat's Holiday (#4) A blind cat. A well-deserved holiday. And a puzzling series of murders connected to an old family feud.
In their fourth case, the trio visits the Magical Holiday Retreat near Bath, England. The spa, owned by the flamboyant Archibald Pomeroy, seems like the perfect place for a self-pitying Barry to regain his eyesight. And of course for Amy and Val to regain their sanity.
Soon after their arrival, however, a woman is murdered under mysterious circumstances. Fearing for his business and his life, Mr. Pomeroy begs them to investigate the case.
