I have been searching all day for a solution and this is my last try.

I want to watch netflix on my televison via chromecast but keep the audio on my phone so i can route it to my bluetooth earbuds, i know its impossible so far... But any suggestions would be great. I also know there is bluetooth adapters you can buy but it would be more convenient if i dont have to.

Chromecast doesn't work like this. The device you cast to takes over the entire connection so what you want will never work. Maybe try screen mirroring? Doesn't work great for video though. If your tv doesn't have bluetooth, get a bluetooth transmitter like the Blitzwolf BR4 or 5 and connect that to your tv.
