I know that there are more posts like this one, i read some but i continue confusing about this subject!
I need some help to choose a mobile phone!
There are a lot of choices on market and i'm quite lost about the variety of mobiles phones!
I can't spend too much money (about $300 dollars would be a good price)!

Windows Phone or Android?

Some requirements:
- Root access (i read some tutorials that needs root access in order to work with some applications)
- Able to update SO (when new versions comes up)
- Integrated GPS
- Outlook 2016 synchronizing (this is required)

I would definitely go with the LG G4, good performance, great camera, good display, root and ROM's are available.. Overall the winner for me in the 300$ category.
