I don`t think you can unlock any bootloader on Huawei phones now and you haven`t been able to for years. You used to request it with Huawei but they stopped that years ago. You want to go rooted or have custom roms, choose another phone friend because it won`t happen with the one you got.

I was able to unlock my Huawei Mate 8 Bootloader using DC Unlocker but that was 2 years back so not sure now. You can try it but will need to pay for using the tool
