i like Moon + Pro, available on Mobilism. i have used it for several years on a Samsung Tab 3.

Moon+ Pro - the best.
FBreader is also very good and free.
Both support off-line dictionaries.

Besides the ones mentioned I also like Librera, I think it has the most practical split1pagein2 function for scanned pdfs where 2 pages takes up 1 page and you need to split it.
