This will not work on Android 13. However, if you can find a working version of v1.3.8.13, this version works on Android 13. I doubt that there will ever be a working newer version for Android 13 since the app has not been updated since Dec 2019. I'd guess that there might be some extra features code change dependencies in the latest version on A13.
