Hi! I just bought the Premium subscription for the first time in years yesterday. When I try to sign in with my user name and password, I get a message that one or the other is wrong. It definitely is the user name and the password I use to sign in to the forum and was my password when I previously had Premium.

I got a message saying I got the WRZ bucks, so the system should know I’ve renewed. What else can I try?

I'm a lifetime member and have been for quite a while. This morning when I click on the blue arrow and then log in the sign-in page disappears and then nothing more happens, it just sits with a white square. Surely would like to get it corrected.

I did log out and back in from Mobilism itself. Is there more I should try?

Same issue here as the others. Lifetime member but today, after logging in to download, the screen just sits there and never downloads the file.

Are you using mobilism.me (our backup domain)? I suggest you use mobilism.org instead, this issue should not occur on mobilism.org.

Then its something on your end that's preventing our cookie from being saved and logging you out. I suggest you try using a different browser and make sure you have cookies enabled.

Premium Downloader subscriptions are applied automatically and immediately. However, forum benefits (VIP, WRZ$, etc.) have to be applied manually (by me), so it takes a bit of time until you'll see them on your account. I see yours has already been done.
