Hey everyone. My ipad is not jail broke. And I don't want to JB it. But I have been having trouble figuring out how to clear out my app cache ( like I can on my android based phone ). I can clear Safari cache. This is in regards to apps. Is there a safe way to do this to clear up space on my ipad?

Oh and I know I can delete and re install apps to clear the cache and data but I don't want to uninstall and re-install them.

If you are on iOS 7, the only way I know, other than uninstall and reinstalling is a few things, hit the home button twice and then swipe the app upwards. That will clear it. The other thing is to do a hard reset thereafter.

Your device stores a lot of your private data you might not noticed, like search history, browsing history, deleted data, keyboard caches as well as other data you know they’re important or sensitive: text messages, photos, contacts, call history, etc. SafeEraser let you permanently delete all these private data that you don’t want the public to know.

As for your occasion, I would like to recommend you Secure Eraser from RecoveryAndroid. This is a expertising tool especially for iOS devices, and it has a very good reputation among users. You can run the program on PC and scan your iPad. It will show the phone data to you. Just choose the unwanted items and wipe data out of iPad safely and permanently.
