This is not an Android or Windows Phone app, this is a Windows app that is used to mod Android phones. The developer seems to have been unavailable for the past 3 or 4 months, and apparently buying and receiving premium features has to be done manually by the developer. In other words, for anyone who hasn't bought an Ultimate code yet, there's no indication of when it might be received -- if the developer were active I'd just buy it.
Obviously I'm offering a hefty reward (500 WRZ) so I'll need to test any mods and verify they're done properly. I reserve the right to not test mods from any users I definitely that I cannot deem trustworthy (in other words, if you have like 10 posts here, I'm not installing anything from you and therefore will not be paying out the reward to you.)

Be aware that you have 21 days from when the request is fulfilled to donate your reward. If not done within 21 days, a fine of double the reward amount will be automatically deducted and paid to releaser.
