To be honest, I am not sure what you are asking. Do you want to create a totally new server or merge them?

It would be hard for someone to assist you as we would preferably need to know how the network is configured etc. BUT, DO NOT post this information publicly. I think you are already putting too much information online. You never know who might be reading this page.
I only have basic knowledge of networking and VMs, hence I am unable to be of much assistance unless I am on-site personally, which would be physically impossible.
