wp8.1 via preview for developer not available yet... is rumor to arrive in april... be patient and wait...

install app to SD not available (yet)... rumor also say this come with WP8.1
this what you read is ONLY for patched apps for unlocked (interop) device (Samsung Ativ)

It is out now, if your in the Dev program (I assume unless you have a Samsung and your here, you have a dev account), download the Dev app and install it..
