Can anyone advise me why, when I replace the original *.dll files with the larger cracked *.dll files in a downloaded Windows App, the cracked files show as being the same size as the original files and the program is still the unlicensed trial version.
This has happened to me on the two Windowsd Apps that I have downloaded.
On the first attempt to replace the files I sometimes get a message saying that you need 'Administrator rights' to move these files but they always move on the second attempt. But then they show the same file size as the original files.
