I generally only load about 50 at a time and delete them once I have read them. I used to have hundreds on my kindle but found that it seemed to slow my kindle down (and I could never decide what to read next!!), now I just load a few at a time from calibre and then it is easier to choose as well.

I keep all of my books on my Kindle but then I only have about 300 in all. I like to keep the ones I've already read on there because a lot of them I like to reread from time to time, and the others I keep for reference. I think if I had more than 1000 on there I would only keep the ones I haven't read yet and my favorites on my Kindle. The rest I would store on my computer with Calibre.

I have about 4,345 currently on my nook, I like knowing that I can walk around with all those epus at my fingertips. I have read 535 of them so far. I like to keep them on there after I finish them. I like to keep on there. I can honestly say that I have read about 5 of them twice....

Interesting. I'm the exact opposite. I love to have loads of books on mah Kindle so I've got oodles of choices. A bit like when I head into a real library. Although I must admit that sometimes I think "I have no idea what to read next"!

I currently have about 208 books, of which about 20 or so are on my iTouch. I've thought about dumping them all on - I have the room.

I tend to keep my ereader loaded with between 30 and 50 books at a time. Enough to give me a choice on what to read next, yet not so many that I can't find the book I fancy.
If you see a link of mine has gone 'down', then feel free to replace the link as I may no longer have the original file.

About 50 on both Kindle and Prs-350. Enough to offer plenty of choice, not so many that I can't make one

My ebook reader is my computer, so ... before a recent computer crash, I had a bit over 3550+ ebooks on it. Unfortunately, it was a net book type computer and making backups was difficult so I lost most of those when it died. Currently, with a new computer, (and backing up to both DVDs AND an external drive), I have a little under a thousand, but I'm working on that number.

I only keep about 50 books on my Kindle. As soon as I have read more than half of them, I take the ones I've read off and add more (up to about 50). In total I have just over 4,000 books in my eLibrary and so far I have read more than 60% of them (I add books almost daily). My physical library contains 1,234 books and I have read them all (some more than twice).
