Portia MacIntosh - Life's a Beach. I don't usually read romantic commedies, they're often cringeworthy, but this author I really like

The Blacktongue Thief by Christopher Buehlman

Was waiting an Age for this one and it’s just ok. Seriously I’m more than halfway through the book and fuck all’s happened.

The Razor by J. Barton Mitchell. Two thirds of the way through it and not impressed enough so far to warrant reading further books if this becomes a series. It reads more like a TV or movie script.

Re-reading Ishtar's Blade, by Lisa Blackwood. The story is a little above average, but it's based on Middle Eastern mythology. I've seen so few do that well that I re-read this a couple of times a year to get my fix. :)

Currently, I am reading 'Secondhand dogs by Carolyn Crimi'. It is wholesome and amazing so far and I've been devouring this book!

The Importance of Race in Civilization by Wayne Macleod
Short (103 pages), and old (first published 1968) but still up to date.

I’m currently sticking to weekly comic books at the moment, mainly DC and Marvel.
I don’t want to invest time in reading a novel at the moment as ‘Empire of the Vampire’ by Jay Kristoff is due early September.
