Alone in a classroom, a gentleman mistakes Genevieve for an instructor and demands she speak to him in French. She complies, then realizes he hasn’t a clue what she is saying. This knowledge makes conversing flow with an ease she’s never known. With that truth, Genevieve accepts a position to teach French to the Earl of Andel, and in the process, grow confident while speaking in English with potential suitors as well.
Christopher Valentine, Earl of Andel, has one purpose for his trip to London: learn French to marry his chosen bride, then return to the comfort of his country estate. Madison Parker is surprised to discover how much she enjoys being in the company of her sister’s intended. She had known Damien for years with his frequent visits and she’d never been tempted by him.
