But danger lurks nearby in the form of an infestation of giant spider monsters! And somewhere in the world, Lunaère is slowly making her way back to Kanata…

THE GIRL FROM EARTH
Kanata and his friends have settled temporarily in the city of Manaloch after freeing it from the clutches of demons. They're trying to create the Blood Ether of the Gods, a powerful potion that Lunaère used as a vital part of Kanata's training. But their work is interrupted when Kanata makes a surprising discovery: another transplant from Japan, the mysterious Kotone, is looking for him. Is she simply hoping to connect to someone from her home world, or does she have something more sinister in mind...?

Dragons and Deities
Things in Locklore just keep getting more complicated! Kanata meets a dragon-girl on the run from mysterious enemies, and he and his friends agree to help her out. But soon she leads them into dangerous, uncharted territory--the homeland of dragons! Meanwhile, Kanata may have eked out a win and saved the city of Manaloch, but his actions have also drawn attention from the beings he wants to avoid most: the gods who sent him to the world of Locklore in the first place! What lies in store once they find the level 1 character who escaped the inescapable labyrinth?

THE PIXIE'S WINGBEATS...IS CLOSING DOWN?!
Leaving the Garden of Dragons behind for Ploroque, Kanata and the gang run into an item crafter: Mel. Her store is stocked with ingenious inventions, so why is it on the brink of bankruptcy? Greed, the company CEO holding the strings of the city, seems to be responsible--but perhaps the shady underbelly of Ploroque is to blame? It's a race against the clock to clear Mel's name and stay one step ahead of the higher beings!

HIGH FIVE WITH THE UNSEEN HAND
Grede's dirty dealings in Ploroque City are taken care of thanks to Kanata and his crew. It turns out everything was orchestrated by the Unseen Hand of the Gods and their leader, King Veranta, the Ruler of the World, and they're not too happy about Kanata's meddling. With the Hand's grasping digits in hot pursuit, Kanata tries to pull information out of the obstinate dragon Ramiel--only for King Veranta to show up at the worst possible moment! Meanwhile, Lunaère is keeping close tabs on the gang with her ill-gotten Tiamat's Eye. Good luck getting out of this one, Kanata!
Volume 7 :
ALL ABOARD FOR THE ULTIMATE BATTLE
The Unseen Hand of the Gods helped Kanata's group to take out Reniement and Lucifer, two of the vilest villains around. Too bad the higher beings' plot is well underway: they're activating Zero, the Silent Void's life-siphoning curse to obliterate Locklore. Kanata and company rush to stop the curse only to crash into the gods' final trump card--Zoras, a lich with a mastery of magic. The wicked god Naiarotop shows his face at last to herald the ultimate showdown between Kanata and the higher powers governing this world. And what is Lunaere up to?! It all ends here, in the final volume of Disciple of the Lich!
