Any newer harlequin presents ( or 1-2 days read ) recommendations like Michelle Reid’s early Gold Ring of betrayal, price of the bride or her 2008 The Markonos Bride? Any romance with believable dialogue and credible angst and good ending like in The Markonos Bride (one of best one I read).

Thanks and appreciate your valued opinions!

Rather late to the thread, but if you like Archer for the mysteries then John Grisham and Frederick Forsyth are good reads. I like the ones with a focus on private school shenanigans, and Alan Bennett's The History Boys gave me a similar feel. It is a play though.

Will definitely check these guys out. Thanks.

But sometimes I am in the mood for a quick weekend romance or a good cry (hormonal days) LOL.
