So I read a book a couple months ago and i cant remember the name nor author. Help please!!!

This is what i can remember .... its a lesbian romance with a doctor who is a bit standoffish and another doctor who is a army doctor and has a glass eye. The army doctor always wears sunglasses in The hosiptal so the other doctor didnt know.
I think the army doctor proposed in the middle of the ER with her dress uniform or said i love you.
Please help!!
