Saw some anime episodes xxholic was ok ok but have you tried nobelesse manhwa its the best the art is bad in the start but steadly improves

you should also try other manhwa like god of high school and tower of god.
manhwa is really getting good these days compared to the quality of manga being produced

Noblesse is good. The Record of Fallen Vampire is also quite good on a related note.

I loved vampire knight and bokura ga ita.Skip Beat is also my favorite and lovely complex.
