Official ugrade version is released. Here is info how get it...
1. Devices which atm support OTA upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile. Other devices must wait
2. prepare your device, install UpdateAdvisor app https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/updateadvisor/9nblggh0f5g4
run app and follow onscreen instructions and Enable Windows 10 Mobile upgrade...
Notice: if you already have test Insider version, no need to downgrade to 8.1. You already have latest version. If you want stop receiving Insider versions just simple switch to Production updates in Windows Insider app
