I used this method successfully with SkyManager, but when I went to create a new folder, I got a message saying "This application is in trial mode, blah blah blah..."

you cant patch JDB software applications... every app use unique Device ID to check activation

O.K I tried it with some paid app and it works but I had a slightly different method:
- I downloaded a "try" version via the official market palce
- I found it's folder name in the Isolated Storage via the "AppSiege" which is a free homebrew application
- Opened the folder via WPDM and copied its contents to my PC
- Zipped the contents into a .zip then renamed it to .xap (as it was explained in the 1st post, this procedure is the same)
- I use EZMarket for signing and deploying apps (not 3mktplace or whatsitcalled 'cos it doesn't work on my Win 7 x64)
- and VOILLA, it works like a charm.

guys, I gotta give it to you, this method (not my method but the very concept of this topic) is AWESOME. Will try an XBOX game and let U know if it works. Greetz

I did it, I downloaded "R%l3 in th3 h%l3" as try and went through the procedure and voilla

@ruyzalim if root privilages don't work for you, install appsiege on your phone. i know, it's a bit more complicated but at least you'll be able to see the real names and the coded names of the folders.

I have installed WP7 Root Tools now for root privileges and the program works, but WPDM shows the same as by ruyzalim. What can I do?

Just forgot to give root privileges to Touch Expierience in the Root Tools app...everything works fine now with LG E900

yes... "try version" is full version but only missing right license... same patching system used before... nothing new...

many apps is still "patchable"....

i doubt this will be released soon... maybe someone crack encryption but if you on WP platform because patched apps then is better to leave WP and switch to android (and viruses and malwares which came with this platform)
