Hello , i am sorry to say that but free is not good if there is one that will only hide ip4 protocol ! Not ip6 !
Here on mobilism there are many VPN apps like UFO VPN or VPNhub , etc.....
Download it and install on your android tv !

Thanks for advise.
I will try non free ones as well then (though they are a bit pricey), but the bunch I already tried doesn;t even have RU location. And I need specifically that one.
