So I had downloaded it long time ago here only. It was about a in medieval times I think where one girl is bought by some sheikh who is also lesbian and she joins the harem and slowly opens up and has sex with everybody and ultimately the main boss lady herself. And there were definitely some BDSM elements involved in all of it. I can't find it anymore or at least from description none appear to be what I read.
