hoping for some help tracking down a book. it was published before 2019. in the beginning the lead girl was talking to her best friend while making something with flowers the friend kept talking about how some of them get “married” (the kids live together for a year and if afterwards they want to get married they do) so young people were watching them make flower crafts the lead female character boyfriend is murdered by her family they use his blood to put a geas on her preventing her from leaving town even when her best friends dad tries to help her get away he's car breaks down at the city limits someone in her family always shows up to bring her back home. a year later the boyfriend comes back for 1 day after making some kind of deal with an evil fey queen who told him she had moved on was married with a child he'd see for himself once he was there. after finding out what her family did telling him just what he really was seeing they get together sge gets pregnant and she ends up having his baby at the end of the book a daughter she names faye green after her fey father and a secret nod to her magic heritage.
