I recently purchased the Lifetime VIP + 1 year premium and I haven't received the VIP status plus my account does not have the premium download activated. I need some technical assistance.

Premium Downloader subscriptions are applied automatically and immediately, so you can already use the Premium Downloader. However, forum benefits (VIP, WRZ$, etc.) have to be applied manually (by me), so it takes a bit of time until you'll see them on your account. You will receive a PM once they have been applied.

I checked both of your accounts, both of you have active Premium downloader subscriptions. If something is not working, please elaborate what error you're getting.

I checked your account and don't see any trial from 2019. Are you sure you're using Mysterious Jinx as your username in Premium rather than another account?

Thanks. I have confirmed that it was a different account that was logged into premium downloader. Sorry for the confusion.
