DNS gives me the same IP for the forums... so I guess not...

No that is one of the IP addresses for the forum. No worries.

If you surfed the site during the "downtime" and watched a topic, that is most likely why it is alerting you to the IP version.

I was suspecting phishing when i came to linked address from mail and forum didn't recognize me as logged in. Seems it's was just cookie thing.
