I have some Android apps want to share in this forum.
I have followed the "How to post a release" instruction to prepare my topic.
However, when I want to create new topic, I found that the "New Topic" button was hidden.
How to create new topic in Android section?

You need to create it in one of the release sections (Software Releases for example), not one of the categories. Once a moderator checks the release it gets moved to a category.
