We've tried several workarounds, but keep getting a "drop.download took too long to respond" error message when trying to access them. It used to work perfectly fine, but in the last few weeks has presented this problem.

I'm sure we're doing something stupid, but don't know what it is

Anyone have a hint?

They changed their domain from drop.download to drop.download today. Might have been temporarily down during the transition.
