file names with a quote (for example, the possessive) are not handled correctly.
the best way to deal with them is to quote or escape them when downloading. or even delete them, which many
uploaders do in the first place.
an example:
viewtopic.php?f=1346&t=5216854
The file name on upload.rar is, apparently:
John Muir's Yosemite by Tony Perrottet.epub
It downloads as
John_Muir
(with no file extension.) (Which makes loading it using a reader which is
sensitive to extension a pain.)
