Hi. I am a premium user. When I try and download an audiobook, it stops at five bytes on both iPhone and iPad. It used to work. Is there a download issue with iPhone/iPad? Thanks!
Does the file have a weird name (random letters)? This happens on the filehost Dropgalaxy when the file has been deleted/expired. If you click on the actual link Dropgalaxy will tell you that the file no longer exists.
Yup, that is the issue. On my PC when I tried to download it, it says the file was deleted, but on the IPhone/IPad, there was no such message, so I didn’t know what the problem was. Thank you for your help!
