I tried to participate a contest to show a picture. but I couldn't find any file attachment button or photo uploading in the reply section.

Can anyone please tell me how to upload/attach a photo? Thank you so much.

You need to upload it to an image hosting site, such as our own images.mobilism.org or imgur.com, and then copy and paste the image link. If you want embed the image, you do this while surrounding the image link with img tags, like this:
