I changed my password (several times) and I have a Premium membership. I can login OK, but when I click on the blue download arrow and enter user name and password I keep getting incorrect password. What am I doing wrong?

You probably only changed your forum password, meaning your Premium password is still whatever it previously was. You can change your Premium password here: https://mblservices.org/
Alternatively you can PM me and I will reset your Premium password for you.
