Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in Canada (second Monday of October), the United States (fourth Thursday of November), and other places.
It began as a day of giving thanks and sacrifice for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year.
So, we’re giving you, today, a chance to celebrate it.
What is it?
- A contest where at least 15 posters need to have posted a post giving thanks for the reason they choose within 10 minutes.
How do you play?
- Post a mention including "I give thanks for" and a reason.

Rules:
- You may only post once within a round, or all your posts will be declared invalid and ignored. Accidental double posts (within one minute of each other) will not count as invalid but only one will count.
- Any additions or pictures welcome, but the posts need to include the required words above to be valid.
Rewards:
- There need to be at least 15 valid single posts from different users (or 14 without any dupes) within the 10 minutes or nobody gets any WRZ$.
- It there is at least 15 valid single posts or - 14 valid single posts with no dupes - every valid poster gets 30 WRZ$.
