i am having a problem with my premium account when i tried to download a book today using the blue arrow i was told that i had exceeded my download limit of 12 tb for the last 30 days however there is no problem in downloading if i do not use the blue arrow. thanks

Fixed. This was an issue with the filehost Rapidgator and is not specific to anyone's account.

Unable to use premium it saying no internet connection or service down. Please help.

For past couple of days premium links on android app don`t work almost 50% of times. It starts to download and it keeps on at 0% in notification.

We are working on fixing the issue that caused downtime twice now in the last two days.

Edit: we think we found and fixed the issue that caused downtime earlier today and yesterday.

I just tested the Rapidgator link via Premium both on the forum and the Mobilism Android app - it worked fine on both. Please make sure you have enough free space. Skyve is still being worked on by their owner; we have informed them that if they don't fix the issues we will remove Skyve from Mobilism's supported filehosts this week.
