You can reset everytime Premium expires.
Settings > Other Settings > Reset to defaults

But because you are saying that you had problems getting latest maps available for Sygic Truck you can try to uninstall, clean (with cleaner apps) and reboot. Then install Sygic Truck GPS Navigation v22.3.4 Final [Unlocked][Mod] and test if you get the maps.
Does resetting also wipes all settings (Voice / Vehicle sizes / etc) tho ?

Yes, i believe so. Not sure about map..
It´s not a big thing.
