I have an app on my phone, 1TapCleaner, and I've noticed that even force closed apps that REMAIN closed have cache files that regenerate. Why does this happen?

I guess, app starts itself in the background?

I noticed such behaviour with the APKPure app: even if force closed, it`ll start up eventually on its own. I need to freeze this shyte thing to stay quiet o_o

My understanding is that some apps regenerate their cache files after cleaning, but they're "empty" files until the app uses them as cache again.

That`s right,
Apps still run in the background, UNTIL they are force closed!
You should setup an app like `KillApps` to occasionally stop all apps that run in bg and loot your battery...
And this does wonders for your battery life (make sure to whitelist necessary apps that should run in background - Maps, Truecaller, Music, etc..)
