I love games, especially RPGs, where you create your own character. I loved Unison League because of this and other RPGs but its hard to find mobile games with character creation in a sea of gacha games. So anybody know any good games with character creation?

I have never had fun with a phone game unless it`s a port. A few are on here that may still have a live link or two. I definitely recommend Knights of the Old Republic and if you really enjoy that, go for the second one (it had a bad launch and wasn`t officially completed). The World Ends with You is also an excellent port, but it doesn`t feature character creation.
