I have a 1TG external hard drive .

Just installed to my Shield TV 2017 16GB FW 8.2.3 Experience Android 9 and it works and plays Beautifully. All icons show correct on main unit.
Installed to USB Extended storage, and tested Random UK, USA live TV with MX Player selected as media player, I also tested the live sports Premier league
Newcastle v Burnley playing at present and it working Very good.

Apparently this app does work . Just not on my box . When I go to USA the channels show up but can't click on anything . The circle on top of the screen just keeps going around an says refreshing . Ah well .

Just a heads up Mate, I see you using the shield TV and All i can tell you is Nvidia really f@@ked up on the last experience update and it`s never been the same since.
Just look at the timeline, they released the SHIELD Experience Upgrade 9.1.1 (Released 11/1/22) and they are still trying to fix their f@@kup to this day.... it`s beyond a joke unit now and a laughing stock.
I still love my shield but did downgrade to the Best stable release experience 8.2.3 and never looked back.. it`s still the King on that Experience and a chump on latter experience.

every issue you posted is from not proper clean install

proper clean install instructions:
force stop app
clear cache x3
clear data x3
uninstall
then need es file explorer installed
remove all leftover rapid streamz folders/files

then
go to settings > device preferences > storage > internal shared storage > select cached data & ok (keep doing several times till get lowest number)
go back 2 times to device preferences & scroll down & restart

do same thing for external storage if using & restart

NOW INSTALL NEW RAPID STREAMZ

I cleaned the app by your instructions an reloaded it but it still done the same thing . USA would open but couldn't open any channels . The refreshing wheel just keeps going around . The remote don't even work when I go to USA channels . I guess I go a glitch . I loaded Kraten TV an it works very good . Thanks for trying .

Experience 9.1.1 is your problem Mate! You cant fix something that's already Broken.
Downgrade to 8.2.3 Experience stable (Not for the faint hearted thou) and I Guarantee 99.99% All your problem with Apps and your system as a whole will magically disappear.

I never tried to load Raped streamz Lite so I loaded it an it worked for me . Don't understand why the full version would not . Don't figure .
