As I told derrin, this still doesn't explain the version number difference as version provided on official website is different than releases posted by both of you.

No that is not the official site. It`s a fake. That`s why UBO blocks it. The official site is https://revanced.app

No it's not, this has nothing to do with the misuse of the "Vanced" name and this yet another (there were others over the years and there will be more) fork/mod of the NewPipe, based on old code (including the extractor), with removed important options and features like the DL functionality (the last I checked 2 vers. ago) and added account support.

So whats the most recent version?

We just need a small youtube client that can read comments properly

This is a modification of newpipe. An app on its own ..YouTube revanced is modding the official.youtube app with patches

Pls fix comment replies I can`t see it when log in buy for some reason you can see it when your not logged in

Is this app run by Chinese server?
Why it displayed "search terms include restricted keywords and search results cannot be displayed" even if you search innocent keywords like "China" in Chinese language?
Also, you cannot read comments reply in the app.
