Generally the uploaders use the word "mod" in the title and add the "mod info" part in the description, when the app has extra modifications (light version, debug info, signature verification, languages, optimized graphics etc).
Since it's not the case here, please replace the word mod with "Premium" and remove the "mod info" from the description. "Package Name" can also been removed.
